In addition to a competitive hourly wage:

$15/hr.-$22.00/hr. (based on experience)

  The Difference Maker hired for this position must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education
  • Experience working with eating disorder population is strongly preferred.
  • At least one year experience in customer service
  • Proven ability to build rapport and relationships, while setting boundaries
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A valid driver's license with insurability standards The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
    • Providing general resident care, optimizing resident safety and reducing medical errors
    • Continuously observing resident behavior, mental status, and activities
    • Eat with residents. Model and supervise resident meals and snacks.
    • Bathroom/spa monitoring, including flush checks for residents.
    • Identifying resident behaviors that require intervention.
    • Setting limits for residents and using de-escalation techniques
    • One-on-one observation of high-risk residents
    • Setting and enforcing appropriate boundaries with residents
    • Work with residents on coping skills and de-escalation as necessary.
    • Treating residents and families with respect, and providing emotional support
    • Transportation, while following Lakeview driving requirements
    • Escorting residents to activities and scheduled tests
    • Participating in the intake admission process
    • Maintaining a good working relationship with team members and other departments

      AM shift: 7 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
      
      Friday -Sunday
      
      Saturday-Monday
      
      PM shift: 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
      
      Thursday - Saturday
      
      Saturday- Monday
