position is for a June 24, 2024 start.About the teamOur team is
comprised of 28 staff members who manage approximately 800
insurance clients globally. This role provides customer support in
the Prophet application support team, as part of the FIS Insurance
Client Experience team.-- Prophet is an actuarial production
platform consisting of a suite of applications covering the model
development through to results production and automating the
end-to-end production workflow. Prophet is used by many global
insurance organizations, and the role will be to provide an
introductory level of application and technical support to help
clients get the best use out of the applications and to further the
develop of the product.What you will be doing
- Working with large insurance clients, you will be managing the
incoming application queries & incidents via an inbound ticketing
system.-- Assessing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting these tickets
in a timely manner.
- Providing a positive customer experience by leveraging
available resources to take the right actions for clients which
sometimes includes scheduling/leading virtual meetings.
- Give guidance to client users or other internal staff on how to
improve the user experience of Prophet and other associated
applications
- Training will be provided, and we have a large knowledge base
which is accessible and updated by all staff members as
needed.
- Working with other internal teams such as product development,
sales, professional services consultants and technical
infrastructure to help resolve client issues
- Special projects as neededWhat you bring
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication
skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving
skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a teamBonus if
you have
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese (or both).
- Working towards Society of Actuaries credentials
- Interest is solving puzzles
- Enjoy working with and helping people.
