I am currently seeking a Recruiting Assistant to Coordinates and
manages all staffing related activities associated with hiring
candidates for Client from requisition posting to requisition
close. This is a temporary to hire position.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with candidates, internal team members,
business partners and vendors.
- Ensure all hiring/onboarding processes are complete and in
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Initiate and process all new hire paperwork, maintain files,
create and interpret reports, and other pertinent human
