Part time positions start at a minimum of 30 hours per week.We encourage you to become a part of VyStar Credit Union's family of employees.Digital Experience Program Manager - M&A and FinancialsThe Digital Experience Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale programs and/or projects of significance to the operation and administration of major, key operating components of the Digital Experience and the larger Member Experience for VyStar. The Program Manager will lead the development of the plan and execution of any merger and acquisition (M&A) related activities as it pertains to Digital including the detailed review and gap analysis of products/services and the systematic conversion of Digital platforms. The Program Manager will lead all management of financial reporting across the Digital Experience team, working with the respective peers to ensure there is transparency and tracking of Digital spend. This includes the development of efficient and effective operational processes and/or routines to ensure that major objectives are outlined and attained. This includes translating business performance data into insightful analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders and business partners across the organizationEssential Responsibilities1. Lead and direct M&A integrations for the Digital Experience team including operational due diligence, integration planning, and execution. Develop and maintain an M&A Playbook for Digital consisting of both a business plan and a step-by-step guide for tactical implementation.-- Define objectives for M&A integrations by collaborating with respective business leaders and stakeholders. Ensure M&A integration objectives are aligned with the overall digital strategy. Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of M&A deliverables. Organize work into manageable activity groups and develop a comprehensive project schedule using inputs from team members. Establish M&A timelines and milestones. Leverage project schedule to manage the work and track progress of task completion. Direct the daily work of all M&A integration related activities and manage the efforts of internal and external team members. Communicate in a manner that provides clear, concise, and accurate information. Keep stakeholders and team members informed. Provide timely and transparent M&A status reports.2. Lead and manage the development of the Annual Budget for Digital Experience. Work across the organization to gather financial data from business partners to create a comprehensive and complete picture of Digital costs and expenses. Design, build, and maintain a Digital financial model in Excel to combine financial plans/forecasts, actual expenses, and business metrics. Analyze financial data and perform variance analysis by comparing actual expenses with forecasts to ensure expenditures stay within or under plan. Perform financial forecasting to estimate and predict financial performance in future years. Report on financial performance by providing data insights on financial trends, recommended actions, and changes within the business that affect the Digital financial forecasts. Deliver monthly reports on financial performance to the Chief Member Experience Officer and Senior Vice President of Digital Experience to enable tactical and strategic decisions. Maintain a strong partnership with Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.3. Lead process design and improvement initiatives. Develop process maps and operating procedures. Implement changes improving quality, efficiency, and the Member Experience. Analyze end-to-end process inputs, standards, tools/technologies, metrics, and outputs. Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to enhance and improve operational processes and/or routines. Identify information required to design processes and solve process related problems. Leverage collaborative relationships to share and gather information. Verify the accuracy of information.Elicit information from team members and stakeholders by using interviewing and brainstorming techniques to draw out ideas and opportunities in a manner that respects diverse points of view. Facilitate meetings and workshops. Prepare an agenda to outline the objective, discussion topics, and flow of the meeting. Capture and document key outcomes ensuring decisions and action items are communicated and tracked to completion.Craft and articulate key updates, presentations, and the overarching digital story to key parties across the organization. Translate detailed program and/or project progress information into various summary statuses for team member, stakeholder, and executive audiences. Provide continual awareness to enable informed decisions.Be a change agent that brings the discipline and focus that supports a shift to product mindsets to ensure we are solving for the needs of our members. Socialize the digital operating and interaction models across the organization to optimize collective efforts to deliver for our members. Evangelize digital and what it means to the organization by promoting dialogue and conversation on the value of digital through regular updates, road shows, and formalized forums.
Maintain an understanding of VyStar's overall business plan objectives, long-term strategic goals and current financial results. Annually, obtain continuing education hours, attend conferences, and stay abreast of developments in the digital space to continuously enhance thought leadership and digital product management knowledge and skills to bring new and innovative solutions, products, and processes that generate either direct changes for our members or spur much needed dialogue on bringing innovation in-house.4. Display strong written and oral communication skills when interacting with management and employees throughout the organization and when interacting with vendors and others external to VyStar. Develop collaborative relationships across the organization. Display initiative, attention to detail/accuracy, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet established deadlines. Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze data and exhibit sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Maintain professional composure, objectivity and fairness when dealing with conflicts and sensitive matters. Contribute to the strong credibility and integrity of the overall Digital Experience function. Demonstrate due professional care, the ability to maintain confidentiality and the highest standards of professional competency. A solid understanding of the financial services industry and the laws and regulations that govern and/or impact the credit union.EXPERIENCE8+ years of experience in role with hands-on experience leading and directing the planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables.
5+ years of experience in Technology, Digital, or similar role implementing business solutions of varying complexity and with process and system implementations.
5+ years of experience in financial services or similar role that understands how the business operates and can translate into delivering and/or driving experiences for our internal customers and members.
3+ years of experience in role with hands on experience in M&A integrations including system conversions.
3+ years of experience in role with practical experience in financial planning and analysis, or project cost management including estimating, budgeting, control, and reporting.COMPUTER SKILLSAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions necessary to build financial models and perform data analysis.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
Intermediate proficiency in Project Management Tools (JIRA, DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet).
Collaboration Tools (Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Mural, Miro) preferred.
Roadmap Tools (Aha, Roadmunk) preferred.EDUCATIONFormal higher education(Bachelors or higher) may be substituted with experience at a 2:1PMP (Project Management Professional) - preferable, not required.
