JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: One to three years staffing
experience preferred. Ability to interact with all levels of
management, excellent customer service skills required. Knowledge
of MSP/VMS a plus!
1-3 Years experience within a deadline driven fast paced work
environment, staffing industry preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Maintains and develop a solid working knowledge on assigned HRCG
? Accountable for strategic and tactical management of operations
and RECRUITING for assigned designated national account
? Support and sustain positive client and customer
? Upon receiving open job requisitions, review for understanding
and if needed, contact VMS/MSP party for any clarification
? Assure order fulfillment by driving the distribution of incoming
requisitions among all staffing/servicing branches and/or associate
vendors, utilizing e-mail, software and various client web-based
? Continuous follow-through among branches, associate vendors and
hiring managers to discuss applicant submittal status and
? Monitor and verify contractor engagement requirements/processes
including but not limited to completion of reference checks,
background checks, and drug screenings and any on-boarding
documents that may be required for said account.
? Randomly review branch?s resume submittals before submitting to
client as required.
? Assists in developing a strategy and organizational support for
process improvements, including establishing priorities, policies,
procedures and quality standards.
? Implement and maintain positive customer-focused programs and a
proactive service delivery that supports client objectives,
productivity standards, and client satisfaction.
? Work in synergy with other departments with the common goal of
? Ensure that routine audits are performed by all appropriate
departments with the use of technological tools available within
? Provide our National Account Managers/Directors feedback on how
successful the implementation and communication of an account has
registered with our field offices
? Ensure consistent customer satisfaction, quality of service,
productivity levels and individual/regional development within the
Business Development environment.
? Achieve and maintain performance standards as a Dedicated Account
Executives including mark up rate accuracy, special bill
information, corporate identification number accuracy, customer
satisfaction and client communication restrictions.
? Build relationships and maintain communications with business
partners (HRCG National Account Managers and other HRCG Project
Managers) to provide superior customer service.
