Job Description:
Vaco is hiring for an Accounting Specialist located in Downtown
Jacksonville, FLDuties and Responsibilities:
Prepares journal entries and account reconciliations.
Responsible for daily cash management.
Process F/A activity.
Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and
capital, and.
May make recommendations to management based on analysis of
financial reports.
Research accounting and various taxing jurisdictions issues.
May establish, modify, document, and coordinate implementation of
accounting and accounting control procedures.
May redesign or design reports to provide management with necessary
information to analyze operations.
Assist the business unit and field offices in answering questions
associated with the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and
other reports.
Complies with all environmental, health, safety & training
policies, procedures and requirements.
Vendor statement reconciliation to ensure timely payables and
accurate financial statements.
