Come join our expanding team working across our Global Surveillance Program. We are looking for an experienced professional who can be responsible for administering our business supervisory eCommunications surveillance program, ensuring staff electronic communications are compliant with the firm s regulatory, legal and risk surveillance requirements.About the roleAs a Senior Analyst in our Jacksonville office, you will help in overseeing our business eCommunications surveillance program. In this role, you will administer surveillance searches for the business, help with training and provide ongoing analysis of surveillance effectiveness. The overall goal will be to administer a program that is compliant, efficient and has a forward view on how to monitor risks. The opportunity will give you direct access to Macquarie businesses where you will serve as an ambassador between Risk Surveillance and assorted business stakeholders. You will be expected to help improve the program through ongoing analysis, synthesizing your observations into improvements that further the effectiveness of business supervisory review. You will contribute to e-communications related projects, especially aiding in the selection of a new business supervisory platform, providing requirements, and serving as a tester of a potential new platforms. Your effective interpersonal, written and communications skills will prove useful when liaising with stakeholders to ensure identified issues are appropriately addressed and resolved. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other surveillance teams, but primarily will be focusing on electronic communications.About YouDisplaying good judgement and possessing strong analytical, investigative, and researching skills are imperative in this role. You should have the ability to multi-task, be self-directed, prioritize and work to deadlines, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality. Strong attention to detail, with relevant experience working with technology-based solutions is required.This role requires a bachelor s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience or an interest in e-communications surveillance and surveillance systems. You should be familiar with the role of surveillance within the banking and financial services industry.
