This team is delivering on our commitment to radically reshape the customer experience related to establishing new Wholesale accounts with Wells Fargo. The Customer Onboarding Implementation Consultant will play a pivotal role in balancing the effective use of automation, effective risk management, and delivering solutions to customers that will help them run their business. About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator as part of the Treasury Management Customer Onboarding team in Commercial Banking. In this role, you will:

  • Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact
  • Develop communication and training plans
  • Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
  • Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
  • Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in determining implementation strategy
  • Provide input to project manager and project teams on appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team
  • Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategyRequired Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
      • Experience with Treasury Management products through Sales, Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation.Job Expectations:
