of Global Treasury Management's transformation effort. This team is
delivering on our commitment to radically reshape the customer
experience related to establishing new Wholesale accounts with
Wells Fargo. The Customer Onboarding Implementation Consultant will
play a pivotal role in balancing the effective use of automation,
effective risk management, and delivering solutions to customers
that will help them run their business. If you are looking for an

role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation
Coordinator as part of the Treasury Management Customer Onboarding

In this role, you will:
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or
implementing processes and tools with change implementation
impact
- Develop communication and training plans
- Identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as
necessary
- Identify best practices and recommend new workflows and
procedures
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational
support tasks
- Provide maintenance support for project teams and assist in
determining implementation strategy
- Provide input to project manager and project teams on
appropriate implementation strategy, methods, and plans
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of
procedures to team
- Interact with team, peers, management, and technology on
implementation of strategyRequired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent
demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, educationDesired
Qualifications:
- Experience with Treasury Management products through Sales,
Customer Service, Product, and/or Implementation.Job Expectations:
