Job Description:
You will utilize your exceptional stakeholder management skills
to coordinate risk training initiatives for the team. Working
closely with regional counterparts on the delivery of the Risk
Management Training plan you will be responsible for data, metrics
and reporting on training initiatives for senior management,
training needs assessment, Subject Matter Expert engagement,
program design, content writing for both in-person and online
training programs, working with your Risk Management Group
colleagues to ensure regulatory training requirements are met and
implementing methods to assess training effectiveness.We are
looking for someone with strong project management skills including
effective time management, contingency planning and the ability to
deliver results within deadlines. You will have the ability to work
autonomously, being proactive and solution focused whilst embracing
ambiguous situations to deliver a desired outcome. You will also
have an open mindset with a willingness to learn from others and
through experiences.We expect you to have a minimum of 3 years'
experience in a training environment, preferably in financial
services coupled with training qualifications and/or an
instructional design certification. Experience working with
learning management systems is beneficial.If you have relevant

responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are
