Come join the growing Compliance Control Room function in the
Americas. This is an exciting opportunity and a challenging role,
where no two days will be the same!We are looking for a
self-motivated individual who enjoys a challenge. You will be
joining an established Compliance Control Room function which
manages the firm's information barriers and associated processes
including the management of inside information, substantial
shareholding disclosures and the provision of advisory and
compliance oversight to Macquarie's institutional Research
division.In this exciting role you will have frequent interaction
with business stakeholders across the Macquarie Group on a regional
and global level. You will also be working collaboratively with
colleagues in Compliance and other risk functions. You will be
involved in a range of tasks including, but not limited to,
compliance monitoring, managing information barriers, review and
approval of institutional research, policy review, regulatory and
legal change management as well as taking an active role in global
control room projects and initiatives.Prior direct experience in
Compliance or the Control Room is beneficial, but a relevant
compliance or regulatory background, an interest in management of
information and conflicts within an institutional banking
environment will set you up for success in this role. You will hold
a degree and have an understanding of investment banking and global
markets products.Strong analytical capability, an attention to
detail, resilience and a "can do" attitude, especially under
pressure, are also crucial skills for this role.This is a fantastic
