Job Description:
Overview:The individual will work in the Global Liquidity
Management (GLM) team within Citis Treasury Global Function. The
GLM team is responsible for establishing the framework for sizing
liquidity requirements, including the internal stress testing
framework and interpreting regulations in conjunction with other
stakeholders within and outside Citis Treasury function, providing
liquidity oversight to Citis global entities, and ensuring that
Citi maintains adequate liquidity appropriately positioned to meet
the Companys global needs both in normal market conditions as well
as during periods of stress.The Liquidity Reporting Controllers
team within GLM leads the Companys liquidity regulatory reporting
oversight and initiatives as well as liquidity issues management.
The team focuses primarily on the FR 2052a reporting and all
related aspects including (1) development and maintenance of
regulatory interpretations; (2) liquidity regulatory reporting
implementation logic; (3) FR 2052a reporting oversight; (4)
risk-based transaction testing; (5) liquidity data management
including data requirements and issues management; and (6) control
frameworks and policies/standards related to liquidity regulatory
reporting.Scope of Liquidity Data Management:Liquidity Data
Management manages the data requirements and issues management for
Citis liquidity regulatory reporting including the FR 2052a report
and underlying frameworks; creates and drives target state
initiatives, projects and programs; and represents Citis liquidity
regulatory reporting data efforts across multiple stakeholders,
including Business, Risk, Functions, and Regulators. The group is a
critical contributor in strategic projects supporting regulatory
feedback and influence Citis data infrastructure. To this end, we
are seeking a Financial Services analyst (preferably with
experience from a major US Bank) with 2 - 8 years of experience in
regulatory reporting or liquidity management cross-functional
programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the data requirements and issues management
process for liquidity regulatory reporting including FR2052a
- Participate in the design of Citis liquidity data and reporting
infrastructure
- Participate in the design of Citis detective and preventative
controls around liquidity data to support data accuracy,
completeness, and timeliness
- Support committee discussions and working groups that would
review and approve liquidity issue remediation and
prioritization
- Help implement recommendations against liquidity data quality
issues that may influence balance sheet and liquidity optimization
across legal entities and businessesSpecialized Skills:The ideal
candidate should have in depth knowledge of the FR2052a reporting,
be eager to lead the work associated with data requirements and
issues management, be a change-agent to effectively implement
process improvements and help the team execute towards the target
state. The candidate will need to have a working knowledge of
regulatory reporting such as FR 2052a and liquidity concepts
outlined in US Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and US Net Stable
Funding Ratio (NSFR). Qualifications:
- 2 - 8 years of regulatory reporting, data management or
liquidity management experience, preferably in Data Management,
Legal, Controllers, Treasury or a Business with an understanding of
liquidity-based data, metrics, regulatory reporting, analytics, and
applicable regulations such as US LCR, US NSFR, and FR 2052a
reporting
- Experience in a transformation environment including process
and technology change management
- Ability to work in a high-energy environment leading teams with
daily duties, and take ownership and timely execute on
deliverables
- Innovative self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced
environment
- Team player with ability to work well with others, and able to
collaborate across different levels and functions to reach
resolutions
- Have analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

- Minimum Bachelors degree; MBA/advanced degree is a
