You should have experience in reviewing, investigating client tax issues, and we will provide industry leading training in determining resolution strategies, providing clients world class representation in a high volume tax resolution firm environment. If you have tax resolution firm experience, that is a plus.Job Summary:This position requires a self-starter with the ability to think and work independently with a capacity for understanding financial concepts You and your team diagnose and determine strategy to represent taxpayers on resolution matters with the IRS, and state taxing authorities. This includes but is not limited to submitting/negotiating IRS Offers in Compromise, Innocent Spouse requests, Penalty Abatement requests, Installment Agreements defense of seizure actions, Appeals, and more.
