Let's talk about it.Essential Functions: Responsible for analyzing financial data and creating financial models for decision supportAnalyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvementAssist with financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics trackingEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsAssist with the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and proceduresPerform market research, data mining, business intelligenceWork closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reportingPerform Ad Hoc analysis as assigned by CFOMinimum Qualifications, both required and preferred: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting OR 3 to 5 years in an FP&A position.2+ years of banking or finance is preferred, and will lend to your success in this position.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will deal with peers and upper management throughout the organization.Working knowledge of GAAPHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.Strong numeracy and analytical skills, and the desire to continue learning and growing.Good problem-solving and critical thinking ability required.Experience in SAP is a plus, but not required.
