The role you’ll contribute: The ANM is a registered professional
nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their
assigned unit. /n /n/n /n The value you’ll bring to the team: /n
/n/n /n · Lead the Employees - Has a working knowledge of
performance expectations for all employees on the unit. /n /n/n /n
· Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the
performance improvement model of the organization. /n /n/n /n ·
Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the
performance of their duties as an ANM /n /n/n /n · Business of
Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care
economics as it applies to the delivery of patient care /n /n/n /n

performance of their duties as an ANM /n /n/n /n The expertise and
experiences you’ll need to succeed: /n /n/n /n Minimum
qualifications : /n /n/n /n · Graduate of school of nursing with a
minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma. /n /n/n /n ·
Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license
/n /n/n /n Preferred qualifications: /n /n/n /n · Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) /n /n/n /n This facility is an equal
