DescriptionRobert Half IT SEARCH is looking for a Senior Telecom Expense Audit Consultant for top ranked place to work in Jacksonville, FL led by an award-winning CEO.The Senior Consultant/Auditor will be responsible for: Work with client and internal stakeholders to understand and evaluate clients current telecom infrastructure, systems and processes and ability to develop a roadmap and establish future priorities to support client business needs. Serve as a member of the leadership team, contributing to strategy, practice development and process improvement Assist in project management to ensure quality and timely completion Emphasis on leading and facilitating client projects and relationships following sale execution and successfully act as liaison as such from sale execution to operations. Communicating and presenting client audit findings, recommendations, milestones, action plans and roadmaps Effectively and proficiently communicate technical telecom and business processes. Provide feedback to client and highlight opportunities through gap analysis and roadmap creation. Promote productivity and efficiency by studying current telecom practices, help customers analyze complex technical and managerial processes, identify inefficiencies, and assist customers to realize business value Conducts assigned wireless and wireline audit engagements and gap analysis successfully from beginning to end Evaluate telecom contracts, inventories and invoice information to confirm accurate billing and identify billing discrepancies Identify cost saving opportunities based on billing audit discovery Review trend analysis Regularly interacts with key stakeholders at all levels of the clients organization to discuss billing issues and make recommendations. Regularly interacts with internal teams and external vendors to discuss account management and dispute resolutionRequirements: Proven experience as wireline/wireless telecom auditor Proven experience in a prior telecom consulting role with demonstrated success in business development and account management Strong oral, written communication & presentation skills Energetic, motivated & service-oriented Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and patience Travel as requiredRequirementsRequirements: Proven experience as wireline/wireless telecom auditor Proven experience in a prior telecom consulting role with demonstrated success in business development and account management Strong oral, written communication & presentation skills Energetic, motivated & service-oriented Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and patience Travel as requiredFor fastest response email mike.russo@rht.comTechnology doesn't change the world.
