, and/or leadership experience within the information technology or security fields.

• Prior experience working with PCI, SOC 1 Type 1/11 SOC 2 audits is strongly preferred.
• Must possess a working knowledge of auditing and IT frameworks and standards such as COSO, NIST, and CIS.
• Must possess expert knowledge of auditing standards, principles and techniques, including audit control evidence collection and review.
• Prior experience auditing, MS Windows and IBM I platforms is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls, business and information technology risks (focus on cyber security risk and controls evaluations) and/or audit techniques in a medium/large organization.
• Must have the ability to manage the collection, compilation and analysis of data.
• Must be able to establish good working relationships with both internal staff and external auditors.
• Must be able to coordinate simultaneous assignments with multiple business units and multiple audits.
• Experience with audit engagement support tools

• $80,000 per year, depending on experience

  Responsibilities of the IT Compliance and Audit Representative
  • Management and direction of assignments to ensure completion of complex IT audits within departmental and professional standards in established timeframes. Must coordinate the planning, execution, and finalize the IT audit engagements.
  • Coordinate the development and ensure timely execution of the IT audit plan.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal Audit Manager and team to complete companywide audits/assessment projects as assigned.
  • Support operational and financial audit engagements that require IT audit compliance components.
  • Make oral and written presentations to process owners and executive management during and at the end of the audit regarding audit findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal Audit Manager and team, and IT Compliance/Security Analysts, in promptly communicating issues and concerns as they relate to audit assignments.
  • Establish audit work programs to effectively evaluate IT operations, based on best practices, regulatory requirements, and the operating environment.
  • Work with internal audit and Security/Compliance teams to identify key areas of risk in its business units as it pertains to individual audit certifications.
  • Work independently with little guidance over daily tasks and priorities
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
