Responsibilities include taking purchase requests from various
departments within the company and obtaining price quotes from
suppliers. Additional responsibilities include converting the
request into a Purchase Order utilizing QuickBooks; following up on
and expediting critical orders; generating spreadsheets showing
departmental metrics. Additionally, this position will be called
upon to track deliveries and physically check shipments to confirm
their accuracy making sure OUR CLIENT receives the appropriate
