Jacksonville, FL Overview The administrative assistant role
provides the core support for a business area and at times may
extend beyond the primary business area. Strong administrative and
organizational skills are needed to ensure day to day smooth
running of the Business area. You will play a central role in
assisting senior management and the team with various tasks and

Muse Your Key Responsibilities: * Proactively manage calendars and
meetings and schedule all travel components when needed
* Prepare and process expense reports and enter client call reports
for senior bankers
* Answer and direct incoming calls
* Support other administrative tasks and projects for the team when
required; Core administrative skills
* Assist visiting employees with office/equipment as needed
* Ensure availability of stationary, software, and
hardware/equipment are always in place Your Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience as an administrative assistant
* Excellent organizational skills and time management
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint -
SharePoint is a plus
* Strong relationship building and influencing skills
* Ability to work to a high-quality level and required deadlines
