The Originations/Expirations Admin is a member of our Triad team that assist in processing and in the following up on chattel loans with dealers and handles any expirations. Additional job duties are included below:Assisting in the handling and status review of chattel loans and reviewing expirations Outreach to dealers to make contact on outstanding loans to determine renewal, status updates, Works with underwriters to process renewals or will cancel out expired loans through the systems, Verifying loan statuses with dealers and underwritersClosing out loans in encompass, and sending out status requestsInterpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniquesWork with management to prioritize business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesPM22

Requirements:
Detail-oriented, strong time management skillsHighly organizedStrong problem-solving skillsAccuracy and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in a team settingPrevious customer service/customer relations experienceSales admin background a plus1+ years of experience in the Mortgage Servicing Industry is a plus PI202030286
