This position requires a strong background in office operations, computer skills and customer service, and will provide strong support to the Operations Manager and property management team.
---Receive and direct incoming calls for the Jacksonville Corporate office.
---Greet visitors and clients upon their arrival.
---Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail on a daily basis.
---Process all outgoing mail on a daily basis.
---Process and tracking of all access control devices for Portfolio Properties.
---Process all incoming packages and prepare outgoing packages, including weekly courier deliveries.
---Maintain record of all outgoing and incoming courier packages.
---Scanning and upload of various documents.
---Order office and kitchen supplies.
---Order associate supplies including business cards, name tags, uniforms and ID badges.
---Schedule and maintain calendar for conference calls and meetings.
---Maintain professional appearance in all office common areas including but not limited to reception area,
conference rooms, copier and postage work stations, hallways and break room.
---Build and maintain working relationship with office and field associates.
---Administrative Support to Portfolio CAMs
---Support Operations Manager in maintaining all office operations and assisting with the following:
o Preparation of meetings and events.
o Working with IT to coordinate updates, upgrades, repairs, etc.
o Coordinating office repairs and maintenance
o Compliance tracking
o Property transitions
