Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEWResponsible for the administrative,
operational, and financial accounting support of the MDV
department. RESPONSIBILITIES* Keep track of staff monthly overtime
hours, along with sick, personal, and vacation days.* Track items
charged to the prepaid account and make necessary changes to the
correct appropriation projects.* Process and approve all purchase
requisitions submitted by MDV staff verify the charge codes and
approve invoices when received.* Tear down, copy and assemble
machine manuals for staff use and to be distributed at any brand
vertical operation where needed.* Keep up with machine serial
numbers as machines are moved to ensure the asset list is accurate*
Track all appropriations from signatures and filling through
closing including all purchase requisitions, invoice approvals,
past due invoices, shipping, and cost tracking reports.*
Coordinate, order containers/ trailers, prepare documentation and
track machinery and machine parts shipping both internally and
through vendors worldwide. REQUIREMENTS* Proficient in Microsoft
Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.* Excellent communication, time
management, and organizational skills* Bachelor's degree preferred.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS* Experience in related roles such as CSP
parts processing, shipping, and accounting. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
May be sitting and/or using computers for an extended period of
