Arlington Toyota—one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive
dealerships in Florida—is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist to join
our high-energy, professional team. We are extremely busy and
looking to fill this position immediately . No experience? No
problem — we will train the right person! This is a front-line role
that works directly with our sales team, management, and customers
, supporting our showroom operations, and data processes. The ideal
candidate is friendly, reliable, organized, and thrives in a
fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers
in person and by phone (English & Spanish) Assist with salesperson
data and check-in processes Work closely with sales managers and
dealership leadership Help maintain an organized, professional
front-of-house environment What We’re Looking For Fluent Spanish &
English (required) Strong communication and people skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude Outgoing personality
with a customer-first mindset Experience as a receptionist,
hostess, server, or customer service professional is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow within the dealership Why Arlington
