Summary We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Install Manager to
lead and oversee residential installation projects, with a strong
emphasis on drain work and whole-home water repiping . This is a
key leadership role for a hands-on professional who takes pride in
quality workmanship, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. If
you’re an experienced plumber ready to step into (or continue in) a

you. Responsibilities Manage and oversee residential plumbing
installation projects from start to finish Lead installation teams
on drain installations, replacements, and water repipe projects
Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and safety
requirements Coordinate scheduling, materials, and manpower for
multiple projects Perform quality control checks to ensure high
standards of workmanship Troubleshoot job-site issues and make
sound decisions quickly Communicate clearly with homeowners,
installers, and management Maintain job documentation and project
updates Promote a safety-first, professional, and drug-free
workplace Requirements Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing
experience Drain installations and replacements Water repipe
projects (whole-home repipes) Proven ability to manage
installations from start to finish Valid driver’s license with a
clean driving record Ability to work in a drug-free workplace
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and best practices Ideal
Candidate Qualities Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Highly
detail-oriented with high standards for craftsmanship
Customer-focused with strong communication skills Organized,
dependable, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
