Job Description:

Year Up seeks an enthusiastic Data Management Job Training Program Coordinator to join our academic team, dedicated to bridging the opportunity divide for young adults. This role involves overseeing the training program that combines theoretical education in data management and practical internship experiences. The coordinator will develop curriculum, manage partnerships with tech firms, and ensure a supportive learning environment that aligns with Year Up’s mission to empower underrepresented youth by equipping them with necessary skills and experiences. Develop and refine curriculum for data management that meets industry standards. Coordinate with IT companies and other organizations for internship opportunities for students. Track student progress and outcomes to ensure program goals are met. Facilitate workshops and training sessions as part of the program. Collaborate with staff to provide comprehensive support and mentorship for students. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure an up-to-date curriculum. Strong understanding of data management theories and applications. Experience in educational program design and delivery. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and database systems. Certified Training Professional (CTP) or equivalent is preferred. Relevant technical certifications in data management or analysis are beneficial.
