professional to advance faculty excellence through the
identification, cultivation, and support of prestigious national
and international awards and honors. This role serves as a central
partner to faculty across career stages—proactively identifying
high-impact opportunities, translating complex award criteria into
clear guidance, and providing comprehensive, hands-on support
throughout the nomination and application process. By aligning
faculty strengths with competitive recognition pathways, this
position directly contributes to elevating institutional visibility
and academic distinction. The successful candidate will build and
manage systems to track opportunities, nominations, and outcomes;
coordinate limited-submission processes; and collaborate closely
with colleges, departments, and research support units to ensure
timely and competitive submissions. Through data-informed strategy,
resource development, and continuous improvement, this role
strengthens a culture of recognition and achievement—positioning
Embry-Riddle faculty for success on a global stage. Strategic
Opportunity Identification & Outreach Identify, track, and
communicate nationally and internationally prestigious awards,
fellowships, and honors relevant to faculty across career stages.
Monitor award requirements and competitiveness and translate them
into clear guidance. Use CV review and institutional data to
proactively identify strong candidates and emerging opportunities.
Faculty Advising & Application Support Serve as the primary point
of contact for faculty seeking guidance on awards, fellowships, and
recognition pathways. Provide hands-on support for applications and
nominations, including writing, editing, coordination of reference
letters, and dossier preparation. Advise faculty and nominators on
positioning, framing, and impact. Data Management & Assessment
Develop and maintain systems to track faculty interests,
eligibility, nominations, submissions, and outcomes. Analyze trends
to inform outreach strategies and improve success rates. Prepare
summary reports for leadership as needed. Internal Coordination &
Campus Partnerships Coordinate internal processes for
limited-submission and nomination-based awards. Partner with
colleges, departments, and research support units to align faculty
strengths with appropriate opportunities. Manage timelines and
communications to ensure compliant and competitive submissions.
Education, Resources & Continuous Improvement Develop written
resources, templates, and workshops to build campus awareness and
readiness. Stay current on faculty awards landscapes and best
practices. Apply continuous improvement to advising, outreach, and

Required Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Required
skills, knowledge, abilities: Experience in academic, research,
nonprofit, or professional settings involving writing, editing,
data management, program coordination, or strategic communications.
Demonstrated ability to organize complex information, manage
timelines, and support multiple stakeholders. Strong written
communication skills, including the ability to synthesize CVs,
research statements, and impact narratives. Comfort working with
databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems; ability to learn new
tools quickly. Interest in faculty career development, academic
recognition, and research impact. Experience with faculty awards,
fellowships, or nomination Required minimum of 1–3 years of
work-related experience in administrative roles. Additional
comments regarding education/experience requirements: High
attention to detail with the ability to think strategically.
Proactive, service-oriented approach to supporting faculty success.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across academic
