Education & Experience:
?Three years telecommunications experience installing telephone
lines, service and key systems.
?Experience with Cisco Call Manager with voice certifications
?Strong knowledge and understanding of telecom terminology and
processes, including PRIs, T1 lines, POTS, analog and digital
?Ability to work effectively with telecom vendors and
?Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
?Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
?Excellent customer service skills

?Self-Motivation and ability to work with Deadlines
?Maintaining hard copies and files

?Communicates information to appropriate individuals in a timely

?Manages daily telecom reporting processes and services. Value:
provides accurate and timely reporting to management on all telecom
?Mentor for junior CSR position as well as provide backup. Value:
accelerates knowledge of new staff as well as cross training.
?Cancellation of old circuits when necessary.
?Work in conjunction with Telecom Analyst to insure billing is
?Ability to configure phones in Cisco Call Manager and setup basic
?Assists with maintaining a harassment-free work environment
?Observes Code of Ethical Business Conduct.
