Join us on our mission to transform mortgage servicing and help preserve home ownership throughout the United States.Position Summary: Selene Finance is looking for a talented and experienced .NET Engineer to support enhancements and code fixes for internal on-premises and Microsoft Azure based applications. The Engineer will interact with our architecture team and technical product managers to deliver consistent solutions across all initiatives. The right candidate will be self-directed, excited by the prospect of supporting our company's next generation initiatives and must have a strong sense of responsibility about his/her position.Primary Functions:

• Must be able to analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
• Design and Develop .NET web applications using latest technologies from Microsoft
• Understand the architecture of existing .NET solutions quickly and work on enhancements/bug-fixes
• Test and debug various .NET applications
• Review and refactor code
• Deploy fully functional applications
• Directly interact with US clients. Gather technical requirements, analyze and understand them.
• Support existing web applications by making enhancements
• Be able to communicate effectively in meetings, e-mails and client calls
• Be willing to learn new technologies and conceptsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study or related practical experience. Advanced degree preferred.Experience/Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years designing, developing, and modifying software systems and custom components using modern full stack dev stack .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET
  • Full Stack Development in .NET.
    • UI: Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML5, Boot Strap, CSS.
    • Backend: .NET Core, .NET WEB API.
    • Database: SQL Server Development, SSRS
    • Deployment of .NET apps to IIS
    • TFS, Azure DevOps and Git knowledge
    • Proven hands-on experience developing and executing test procedures for software components
    • Familiarity with Agile Environments, SCRUM, Kanban etc.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional team to ensure understanding of all requirements
    • Able to work quickly and efficiently with a strong focus on achieving tasks
    • Experience in mortgage technology (preferred)
    • Experience with both relational and non-relational database systemsCompetencies:
