Be part of a team
assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance
Honeywell. - You will partner with world class engineering and
to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and
define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering
Leading development teams in a product development environment
Ensure project performance/execution
Managing customer relationships
Schedule and milestone development/management
Understand technology employed on various programs
Develop program/project cost estimates
Program/project metric development/reporting
Risk/opportunity development and management
Manage supplier relationships
within US and/ or internationally may be required - 10%
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science
5+ years as a program manager and/or project engineer
Experience with MS Project
Experience with SAP and Tableau
2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Due to export control regulations, this position requires US
Ability to create specific action plans
Experience enhancing customer relationships
Experience leading a team in a product development environment
Program management skills
Ability to effectively manage risks and opportunities
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools
Experience with RCCA activities
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little
supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things
done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by
Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as
appropriate for the topic and audience.
Demonstrated Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency
PE/PM Academy graduate
