CorTech is seeking to hire a Field Engineer for our client in Jacksonville, FL! - -Benefits Available!Weekly Pay! -$22.86/HourJob Description: As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a highly directed environment.Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script.You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties.Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment.Responsibilities:PLS Support for calls such as Dell Client Transformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipmentTakes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or scriptMay perform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including:Complex desktop and laptop break fix workWhole unit replacementSimple desktop printer fixesLoad software with a script
