This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, Lean methodologies, and root cause analysis. Developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.2. Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.3. Collaborating with design engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure effective production methods.4. Applying statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.5. Leading Lean manufacturing initiatives and implementing process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.6. Conducting root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/business and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation.7. Carrying out advanced product quality planning (APQP) within the project team.8. Assisting with the training of production personnel in new or existing methods.9. Driving the implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.Qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related technical field.2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role.3. Proven experience in process improvement, Lean methodologies, and root cause analysis.4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.6. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.7. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and MS Office Suite.8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.9. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment.10.
