Overview The Graduate Engineer will be part of a collaborative
program across multiple engineering functions within Johnson &
Johnson VisionCare. It is aimed at high potential individuals who,
when given the right tools, are empowered to proactively take
responsibility, effect change, and make a positive contribution to
their teams and the business. The successful candidate will have

Graduate Engineer will provide technical support for activities
related to the development and improvement of current and new
manufacturing systems including equipment design, process
characterization, and reliability analysis. They will also provide
support to specific manufacturing areas to meet requirements of
capacity, quality standards, product availability and cost. The
Graduate Engineer will possess a willingness to be hands-on in all
aspects of technology development inclusive of design, equipment
builds, testing, data analysis, and reporting. Scope of
Responsibilities o Participates in engineering projects including
completing assigned tasks on-time and with high quality. o Assists
in tasks associated with process validation (Installation
Qualification, Operation Qualification, Performance Qualification,
Computer Software Validation and Test Method Validation) and
engineering studies. o Assists in process improvements for existing
manufacturing processes utilizing appropriate engineering
principles and standard strategies e.g. Lean and Six Sigma
principles. o Provides support for designed experiments and
capability studies, collects documents and files records on process
specifications. o Assists with the programming, set-up and
debugging of equipment or measuring instruments. o Collects process
documentation and prepares training on processes, materials, and
equipment. o Adheres to all company safety policies and procedures
and other safety precautions within the work area. o Performs other
related duties, as required
