Utilizing Quality Engineering principles and problem-solving skills to improve and maintain products/processes that are aligned with the overall Quality and Business vision as well as appropriate risk management to prevent unanticipated failure modes and improve capability of processes!The Quality Engineer conducts assignments encompassing complete projects or portions of major projects. By determining methods and techniques to be used, or adapt standard methods to assess product variations you will coordinate phases of work internally and externally.Key Responsibilities:

• Support CR implementation of process changes (Risk, FMEA, QA assessments, and test plan review / approval)
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and other groups to plan and execute validations on current and new processes for subsequent operational integration. Develop and approve test protocols / reports / risk analysis.
• Identify any Quality Engineering non-conformance, subsequent corrective, and preventive actions, by documenting, investigating, and conducting root cause analysis; and successfully implement corrective actions.
• Communicates and escalates in a timely manner, any Quality Engineering issues, or concerns to the next management level.\r\r
