Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Support Specialist who
will provide second-level support and problem resolution for
proprietary applications and products.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and troubleshoot incoming inquiries and issues
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of engineering challenges related
to products and services
Standardize methods for issue tracking and communication to improve
processes
Required Qualifications
0-5 years of experience in technical support or similar roles
High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred
Proficiency with tools such as Postman, Jira, and Confluence
Understanding of APIs and databases
Ability to learn systems and technical concepts quickly
