maintaining diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and specialized
utility equipment, working independently to manage maintenance

where you’re meant to be. How You’ll Make An Impact - Diagnose,
troubleshoot, and repair light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks -
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and related
systems - Perform hydraulic system repairs and maintenance -
Service and repair bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other
utility-related equipment - Conduct preventive maintenance
inspections and routine servicing - Maintain accurate maintenance
records and documentation - Develop, manage, and execute a fleet
maintenance schedule - Identify equipment issues early to reduce
downtime and extend asset life - Coordinate repairs, parts
ordering, and service priorities independently - Ensure all work
complies with safety standards and company policies What You Bring
- 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic (fleet, utility, or
construction equipment preferred) - Strong diagnostic and
troubleshooting skills across truck classes - Proven experience
with hydraulics and diesel systems - Hands-on experience with
light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, bucket trucks, digger
derricks, or similar equipment - Ability to self-manage workload
and maintenance schedules - Strong organizational and documentation
skills - Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required) -
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred
Skills (Nice to Have) - Fleet maintenance management experience -
DOT inspection knowledge - Welding or fabrication experience - OEM
