Installation Technician provides customer equipment installation of
HVACR and or commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., fryers, grills,
ovens, freezers). Details Adheres to all safety policies and
procedures. Installs kitchen equipment according to manufacturer
specifications. Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and
fittings as required. Communicates status updates on part order(s)
and repairs with branch office and or customer. Documents task
(parts/work orders, timesheets) accurately and timely. Service
vehicle, tools, and uniforms consistent with Whaley policies and
standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education
and Experience One year of electrical, mechanical, and or
installation experience with commercial kitchen/ HVAC/Refrigeration
equipment i.e., RTUS, chillers. Experience with plumbing would be a
plus. Must be at least 18 years of age. Completion of a
satisfactory background check and drug screen is required. Valid
Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety
standards. Skills and Abilities Ability to work independently and
within a team Ability to work nights and weekends. An electrical
and or plumbing background is a plus. Excellent customer service
skills. Strong attention to detail. Working / Environmental
Conditions: Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; frequently
lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance and lift
equipment. Extensive daily travel to work site location. Occasional
to frequent exertion in high and low temperature environments (over
heated kitchens, rooftops, outdoors, etc.). Repeated bending,
twisting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing up and down ladders.
Exposure to electrical, steam, and high heat units that require
