What You’ll Do Perform field inspections on residential and commercial projects Review work against approved plans and Florida Building Code Document deficiencies with photos and inspection reports Communicate with contractors, superintendents, and design teams Use mobile tools for real-time reporting Collaborate with inspectors, plan reviewers, and operations teams Requirements Who We’re Looking For Licensed / Certified Inspectors Active ICC certification(s) or Florida Standard Inspector license (Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Residential) 4 years inspection, construction, or code enforcement experience Ability to work independently in the field What We Offer Compensation: Based on experience and certifications Company vehicle or allowance fuel card Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match Paid time off and holidays Licensing and continuing education support Work Environment Field-based role with daily travel in assigned territory Work on active construction sites (residential and commercial) Requires comfort with ladders, outdoor conditions, and unfinished structures
