No matter your initial placement, you'll be trained to be an effective leader in all three!\n\nTo be successful as a Shift Manager, we expect you to:\n--- Be at least 18 years of age\n--- Possess a high school diploma or GED\n--- Have 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience\n--- Be able to multi-task while maintaining composure, give and take direction, work well in a team environment and have a strong service focus\n--- Have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
