Job Description:

Jacksonville, Florida, United States Full time ProArch is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for the direction, management, and development of a global sales organization. As a member of the Leadership Team, it will be your efforts and relationships that will drive continued growth and organizational success. To be successful in this role, the Chief Revenue Officer should have the ability to manage a team of sales professionals, assist them in developing pursuit strategies, and expand ProArch's existing customer business opportunities. Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver on your accountability for growth targets, revenues, and margins
  • Be a key participant in the development of ProArch's global sales strategy and own its execution
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a professional team of Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Drive and report on the sales pipeline, being infinitely aware of what's transpiring always
  • Manage specific strategic accounts and meet quota
  • CRM experience managing adoption and developing processes
  • Strong understanding of the IT buyer process and customer lifecycle
  • Continuously improve the team's sales skills and employ best practices
  • Work closely with CTO office and marketing regarding go-to-market strategies and other initiatives
  • Motivate the sales team to exceed their goals
  • Be an active member of the Leadership Team
  • Have strong experience in IT services, including but not limited to: Cloud , IT infrastructure, managed services custom applications, cybersecurity, data and AI , and software development
  • Identify new opportunities and channels for growth Additional Responsibilities Include
    • Lead and/or advise negotiations for agreements with key clients
    • Define sales team priorities to maximize their sales and margins
    • Oversee the team's account planning, sales forecasting, CRM usage, and pipeline management
    • Leverage data to best understand and reduce sales cycles
    • Ability to be a thought leader and participate in marketing events and speaking engagements
    • Know our competitors and how best to win deals from them
    • Observe and analyze industry and market trends to uncover revenue opportunities
    • Plan and manage the budget and expenditures for Sales globally
    • Represent ProArch at industry conferences and business gatherings.
    • Communicate confidently with customer and industry stakeholders, including the C-Suite and top decision makers
    • Implement a systematic process of continuous improvement in ways that are repeatable and predictable
    • Govern pricing strategies that correlate with the value of products and services Requirements Your skills:
      • Demonstrated a strong track record of successful sales management on a multi geo level
      • Ability to build and manage successful teams remotely
      • Technology and data-driven individual who thrives on change
      • Genuine passion for the technology industry, sales, and marketing
      • Commitment to delivering the highest level of client satisfaction
      • Results and execution oriented
      • Establish stretch goals for the team and measure progress and performance to deliver continuous improvement.
      • Be an active listener, able to build rapport quickly, and understand what makes people tick
      • Live and instil ProArch's values to the team and the rest of the organization
        • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy Experience in the Energy and Manufacturing industries a plus but not required. Your experience:
          • Bachelor's degree preferred; at least 12 years of experience in selling to IT and business executives, at least 5 years in a management capacity, at least 2 years on a global level
          • Readiness to travel up to 30-50% annually (when it is safe to return to traveling) Highly desirable candidates will reside in or near a major metro area on the East Coast of the United States.
