Great news! The CFO Leadership Council is expanding rapidly, and
we're looking for a few excellent people take our organization to
new cities and new heights. Ours is an entrepreneurial, creative
organizatoin that develops cutting-edge CFO development
programs--across a diverse range of topics chosen by our
membership. We've hosted representatives from law enforcement and
military branches, venture capitalists, Fortune 500 CEOs, elected
officials, professors and other thought leaders. And frankly, we're

the popularity and reputation of our in-person events grow, so too
does the demand from more CFOs to build, grow and nurture CFO
networks in other metropolitan areas across the United States.
Therefore, we have a need for a Northeast Regional Director, a
local leadership position who will manage multiple facets of our
regional chapters, including:
- Ensure that our chapters are producing programs and content in
line with our vision and mission
- Supply our members with the education and networking
opportunities that they want and need
- Provide our members with optimal branding opportunities to
establish and grow relationships with our members This senior
position will report directly to the founder and president of The
CFO Leadership Council. The Regional Director will be responsible
for:
- Attending and leading monthly programs and steering committee
meetings
- Supervising program development by local steering
committees
- Working with our local Marketing Directors to ensure
promotions, events and other activities are meeting appropriate
metrics
- Maintaining membership and driving chapter growth, including
membership renewal campaigns, new member identification, etc.
- Maintaining local chapter sponsors and driving growth,
including sponsor renewals, new sponsor identification and
recruitment. This role will be our brand ambassador, our
cheerleader and our champion to our chapters in the Northeast
region (currently NYC, Philadelphia and New Jersey). You will lead
senior financial executives to create phenomenal events, welcome
new CFOs to join our chapters and create unique opportunities for
our sponsors to build true relationships with our members. You'll
take the reins, identify new opportunities for The CFO Leadership
Council to grow, and if you're game enough, create new chapters to
further broaden our reach. If you're ready to take on a new

- At least 15+ years of experience in either executive business
development roles--or--in senior financial executive leadership
roles
- Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively across multiple
interests and personalities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proven ability to develop executive-level networks and
translate those networks into business growth
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments; enact new or
creative campaigns to drive growth or retain members and
sponsors
- Proven ability to work comfortably in a virtual environment. As

Our national growth has led to the need for a Senior Director of
Marketing, a critical position as our organization will triple in
size in the next two years. This role will be our ultimate brand
ambassador, our cheerleader and our major support system for our
national chapters. You'll help lead our Regional Directors and
Marketing Directors to promote, brand and position themselves as
the premier source for CFO education and networking. You'll take
the reins to identify new opportunities for us to grow, and if
you're game enough, execute on that vision to further broaden our

us. Responsibilities include: Corporate Communications
- Oversee the development and execution of all corporate
marketing communications, including branding, social media,
graphics design, collateral materials, market research management,
web design and optimization, and content development either
directly or on an outsourced basis.
- Plan, create and execute innovative marketing and branding
campaigns designed to attract qualified membership and national
sponsors.
- Work closely with Executive Leadership and local chapter teams
to identify and develop strategic alliances to drive membership and
sponsorship.
- Develop and manage a national budget as well as work with
individual chapters to develop local resource budgets.
- Develop, track and report on metrics and success criteria for
all marketing programs and activities. National Chapter Support
- Be a leader and resource for our Regional Directors and
Marketing Directors, including providing support for custom local
membership and sponsor campaigns, event attendance, and other local
branding initiatives.
- Establish a library of resources and materials for Marketing
Directors to utilize in their promotions efforts.
- Build and maintain a national calendar of promotions and
events.
- Assist Executive Leadership in developing initial
infrastructure for new chapters. This position has the ability to
grow and assume more executive responsibility over time.
Requirements
- A minimum of ten years marketing experience in comparable
industries---or---in a position to support a national sales
team.
- Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively across multiple
interests and personalities
- Ability to plan, manage and execute at both strategic and
operational levels.
- Exceptional track record of developing and implementing
marketing and sales strategies that have consistently met or
exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through
example.--
- Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and
sales software applications.
- Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in sales,
marketing, and business (competitive) strategy.
- Ability to travel nationally when required.
- Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence;
amazing writing skills.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft office systems; entry-level
HTML knowledge preferred. This is a part-time position, with the

Regional Marketing Director
Currently hiring in Houston, Los Angeles, and San Diego As we open
new chapters across the United States, we are searching for
Regional Marketing Directors to help establish our brand and
support our local members and sponsors. We pride ourselves on our
responsiveness, flexibility and understanding when it comes to our
members, sponsors and partners, and our Regional Marketing
Directors play a critical role in this. As our first-in-line
support, our Regional Marketing Directors handle member and sponsor
requests, tailor promotions and content to fit the culture of our
individual chapters, assist in the development of innovative
CFO-driven programs and immediately escalate issues to group
leadership as required. This role is our brand ambassador, our
cheerleader and our major support system for our regional chapter.
You'll help lead our Regional Directors and organizational
leadership to promote, brand and position the chapter as the
premier source for local CFO education and networking.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as administrative support to chapter leadership.
- Provide pre- and post-event administrative and marketing
support for all local CFO Leadership Council chapter events.
- Assist steering committee members in program development,
including speaker invitations, arranging speaker conference calls,
organizing event materials and providing regular updates to chapter
leadership.
- Staff all onsite CFO Leadership Council meetings.
- Write monthly chapter e-newsletters, weekly member promotions,
event program descriptions, individual promotions, program
articles, and more.
- Support chapter membership recruitment drives and intermittent
member requests.
- Support chapter sponsors, including intermittent promotions
through CFO Leadership Council marketing vehicles to chapter
members.
- Administrate chapter Steering Committee Meetings, including the
transcribing and dissemination of meeting minutes. Requirements
- Events management experience, including venue negotiation and
logistics arrangements, attendee management, speaker arrangements
and onsite support.
- Experience with marketing systems, including Eventbrite,
Mailchimp, and HubSpot are preferred.
- Experience working with a membership association or with
finance executives preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture executive-level
network.
- Proven ability to work in a virtual environment. Our recent
growth has created the need for a part-time accounting and human
resources assistant. This will be a critical position as our
organization triples in size during the next two years.--Reporting
to the president and founder of the company, this person will be
primarily responsible for the following areas:
- Record journal entries and prepare monthly financial
statements
- Pay vendors and employees
- Bill and collect from our customers
- Perform monthly payroll
- Assist new employees with the boarding process and training
with the company's methodologies
- Other projects on an ad hoc basis Requirements
- Minimum of five year's experience with accounting, with
knowledge in both cash basis and GAAP financial statements
- Proven ability to work successfully in a virtual
environment
- Competence in QuickBooks, Intuit Payroll and Microsoft
Excel
- Basic understanding of multi-state payroll and other issues -
