This position will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, designing, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of all information technology projects. Ensures project management policies, standards, and procedures are consistently followed within the team.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSResponsible for managing all aspects of the project and product life cycle: initiate, plan, execute, control and close.Responsible for facilitating and ensuring the creation and maintenance of project documentations (project charter, functional design, technical design, project plan, cutover plan, task logs, issue logs, responsibility matrix, communication plan...etc.)Create, maintain, execute, and monitor project plans to ensure tasks and milestones are completed on time and stays within budgetCreate, maintain and control project scopes, requirements, deliverables, resource schedules, responsibility matrix, risk plans, cost and budget trackers, work break down structures, sprint plans, status reports to all project and organizational stakeholdersControl project scopes, schedule, costs, quality, risks to ensure project completion on time and within budgetSet direction for project team, clear roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and escalate when necessaryProvide exceptional customer service for internal and external customersCollaborate with the legal and procurement team to create quotes, NDA, MSA, SOS, and SOWs...etc.Research and provide solutions to enhance IT capabilities to improve business growthManage multiple projects concurrentlyAssist and mentor other team membersEffectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Negotiate, collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization for effective project deliveryPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Qualified candidates have a bachelor's degree in informational technology related fields or equivalent business experience in IT. Minimum of 4 years IT project management experience in the manufacturing industryAt least 2 years of full-life-cycle SAP implementation experience Experience functional knowledge with SAP ERPIntermediate level of experience using project planning and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Projects, Jira, and Team. Intermediate to expert level of experience in managing IT enterprise, manufacturing infrastructure and cloud application projects. Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Experience in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSPMP certification by PMI is strongly preferredLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, write, speak and understand English.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSBasic informational technology bachelor's degree math skill level JOB SKILLSAbility to manage all aspects of the project and product life cycle: initiate, plan, execute, control and close.Strong communication skills with peers, managers, sponsors and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Technical writing, training and mentoring other team membersCollaborate with legal and sourcing to create contractsVendor management (local and remote) and contract negotiationStrong organization and remain calm under pressureStrong group facilitationStrong analytical and problem-solvingAbility to manage in a fast pace environment with shifting priorities and demand fluctuationWORK ENVIRONMENTThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
