to guiding them every step of the way. SUMMARY: Responsible for the
development and on-going administration of the global HRIS
strategy/roadmap, design, maintenance, and integration while
driving the implementation of solutions or enhancements. GENERAL
RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing resource and configuration requirements
/ enhancements and consulting with cross-functional stakeholders to
establish priorities aligned with the strategy and roadmap in a
rapidly changing environment. Lead the architecture and design of
the company HRIS system and collaborate with other cross-functional
upstream and downstream systems share information across platforms.
Identify opportunities for improvements, recommending and
implementing the appropriate system and process solutions. Ensure
data integrity including quality, accuracy, security, and usability
of data and related interfaces by implementing adequate processes,
controls and backup systems. Develop a strong data culture where
business leaders are empowered with timely, accurate, and impactful
reports, dashboards, and information to help drive their People
initiatives. Manage change via strong project and change management
methodology which includes scope definition, risk identification,
project plans, resource allocation, timeline, budget and issue
management. Provide direction to the business on how it can best
meet its needs in HRIS related areas while keeping aligned with the
larger HRIS strategy. Implement and maintain training materials,
system documentation and end-user communications to align with
system and process enhancements. Qualifications EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field or
equivalent combination of post high school and work experience.
EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of HR experience with an emphasis in HR
Systems/Operation successfully managing large HRIS system
implementations. Additional experience participating in system
assessments and implementations including project management, issue
management, communications, change management and leading
transformation of systems and processes is highly preferred.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient with Microsoft Office products,
including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Demonstrated
expertise in managing HCM cloud solutions. Advanced knowledge of
Oracle and experience configuring HRIS systems, such as WorkDay,
SAP, ADP, etc. COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate effectively
verbally and in writing. Ability to identify and/or document
existing and new processes as well as evaluate their effectiveness,
develop improvements and/or recommend changes or alternatives.
Ability to strategically plan and serve as a catalyst for
organizational change, cultivate a shared vision with others, and
motivate others to transfer vision into action. Proven ability to
create and drive strategic functional direction. Excellent
analytical skills, including an ability to explain systems and
solutions in simple terms to stakeholders across the business.
Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to
shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines and advancing. High
tolerance for ambiguity with the ability to be agile around rapid
change. Ability to distill complex findings clearly and flex
communication style to audience. Working and broad knowledge of HR
processes, concepts, and practices. Primary Location Work Locations
