  • Focus is on end-to-end solutions across a portfolio ensuring strategic vision, roadmap and operational needs are holistically met. Responsibilities include:
  • As an expert, create the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain.
  • Act as liaison between across all trains and the client/customer to confirm scope and obtain clarifications on direction during development
  • Empowered to make business decisions across the Release Trains, in collaboration with business owners and SMEs and escalate as appropriate to senior leaders
  • Works with portfolio clients to prioritize capabilitiesto maximize the return of benefits & works across portfolios to align enterprise initiatives
  • Maintains the vision and roadmap that results in measurable outcomes for clients
  • Collaborates with DWO and DCRS Program Management refine deliverable content and appropriate allocation of resources
  • Assess upstream/downstream impacts, coordinate dependencies with other Product Managers/Owners, Operational Project Managers and stakeholders
  • Firm understanding tools & capabilities; understands the technology solution
  • Responsible for successful deployment for significant solutions & mitigates client/customer production impacts during releases
  • Support portfolio intake and financials to understand the budget and provide a plan that aligns .
  • Communicate the program vision and roadmap to Stakeholders; Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and Operational Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Delivery Leads Project and Agile Teams
  • Provide input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support them.
  • Create and prioritize Deliverables in the portfolio backlog; empowered to make decisions about trade-offs with emerging work versus planned work.
  • Responsible for submitting requests through various Technology intake and engagement for estimates from all areas.Required Skills:
    • Working knowledge of Document Services and/or strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile)
    • 5+ years of all aspects of end-to-end project management experience including process improvement/re-engineering, employee readiness efforts and technology change efforts
    • Proven experience with managing a medium/large, varying levels of stakeholders and ability to communicate effectively and influence decisions to achieve desired results
    • Effective simultaneous oversight and management of multiple large scale, technology dependent initiatives and projects/tasks
    • Proven problem solving skills and strong decision making skills with an assertive and proactive communication style
    • Must be proficient in data management to include strong data analytic capability
    • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasksDesired Skills:
      • Project Management Professional Certified preferred
      • Agile, PMI or Six Sigma certification a plus
      • Knowledge of project tools (Rally or JIRA)
      • Experience with testing tools like ALM
      • Enthusiastic, energetic, determined and positive especially under pressure
      • Ability to navigate enterprise, research and resource information across the bank
      • Critical thinker and risk minded
      • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and in Visio
