Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the daily operations of the internet sales department.
-Ability to forecast and execute sales quotas for team members of
internet sales department.
-Ability to analyze and measure Return on Investment with Lead
Providers, Marketing, and Advertising sources.
-One on One Meetings and Coaching with Staff to ensure
communication of deal progress, training, and employee performance
of individual sales associate is a focus.
-Ensuring lead response time, appointment set ratio, appointment
show ratio, and sold ratio is in line with company standards.
-Reaching out personally to customers to help customers and
associates move forward in deal process.
-Resolve customer issues or complaints and ensure customer
satisfaction is high.
-Create and monitor daily processes for sales funnel for customer
inquiries for customer contact points.
-Create and execute different processes to streamline the consumer
-Recruit, onboard and train high performing employees to achieve
sales goals and business objectives
-Other duties as assigned.
-2-5 years of automotive sales experience preferred
-College Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Preferred
-Leadership Experience preferred
-Strong work ethic and great attitude required
-Ability to work nights and weekends
