Capstone Hospitality is seeking driven and motivated sales professionals with a background in collegiate or professional sports. This is a position that requires relocation once training is complete, you are assigned to a specific Capstone client golf club or boat club. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to relocate outside of Florida. Primary Role and Responsibilities include: Direct membership sales to new members at Capstone Hospitality's client golf and/or boat clubs Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales budget goals Implement the Capstone Hospitality proprietary system of lead generation programs to generate new qualified leads for prospective new members Generate and submit accurate monthly and annual sales reports Responsibilities: Implement strategic membership sales plan at Capstone Hospitality's client golf and/or boat clubs Increase membership sales at the golf and/or boat clubs Timely collection of new member payment and paperwork Complete new member sales reporting and on-boarding documentation Generate new leads via outbound calling, networking, and marketing Provide exceptional client relations to golf and/or boat club management and staff Work with current club members and staff to promote referral programs Become an integral part of the club staff on-site at the private golf and/or boat clubs Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years professional work experience in sales and marketing Willing and able to relocate to the specific client club you are assigned to sell memberships Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Strong partnering, influencing, and relationship building skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment, meet deadlines, and handle pressure Self-driven and highly-motivated Computer proficiency with Microsoft office programs - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Strong organizational skills Desired Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years collegiate or professional sports experience Computer proficiency with Google Workspace Computer proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Pursue continuous improvement opportunities Job Type: Full Time Income Summary: Annual base salary + commissions. Average annual salary inclusive of base + commissions is $70,000-$100,000+. Capstone Hospitality does not cap sales commissions. Sales professionals enjoy the ability to control their own income. Location: This position requires an initial training period of 21-30 days at the Capstone headquarters in Neptune Beach, FL. Following training completion, the Membership Sales Director will be assigned to an on-site placement at a Capstone client golf/country club or boat club. Applicants for this position must be willing and able to relocate to their assigned golf/country club or boat club location.
