DescriptionResponsibilitiesThis roll will be responsible to define, organize and oversee the technical and logistical planning, scheduling, budgeting, collaborating with SME team members, storyboarding, site-location scouting, casting, and equipment/gear allocation for every production.During production, the Media Production Director will supervise, manage, and direct. They will manage hired crew members, internal direct-report team member(s), studio/set safety measurements, designing the set/scene staging with the appropriate electrical, lighting, and sound engineering.The Director of Media Production will oversee all aspects of post-production from story creation, editing, mastering color grading and audio, to rendering, and footage backups/archiving.This role requires that you have a strong technical and detail oriented background and work history. Must have the ability to produce a LIVE Stream multi-camera production that will be distributed within Haskell's internal communications.Roll

  • Working close with Haskell's creative team in every aspect of marketing communications and to be a part of a strong cultural environment
  • Manage, train, and lead key team members and sub-contractors
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Execute problem solving tactics with unforeseen issues that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
  • Working daily with industry leading high-end video production gear such as: Cameras, Lighting, Audio, Hardware, etc.
  • To have the ability to edit video content and or supervise each edit in the post-production process lifecycle
