Connecting. Growing together.The Regional Account Manager, Oncology
is expected to develop and execute a territory sales plan, develop
sales targets, close sales, coordinate sales efforts with strategic
manufacturing and distribution partners, support the needs of the
medical practice clients. -This role will call on Oncology
Office/Cancer Center/Hospitals/Pharmacy while generating new
referrals. -Participate in company sales planning, meetings, and
reporting as it relates to specialty medications and therapy
management. The successful candidate will have a proven track
record of achieving results, building relationships, customer
focus, and promoting all sales and marketing programs. Job will
require occasional evening and weekend event attendance and some
intrastate travel.If you are located in or around Jacksonville, FL
(South or Central, Georgia - or Charleston, South Carolina), you
will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some
tough challenges. You will need to travel to hospitals, etc.Primary
Responsibilities:
- Develop territory sales plan
- Research and identify sales targets
- Use consultative sales process, probe for customer information
and barriers
- Develop creative solutions to gain profitable business
- Creates relationships with manufacturers
- Close sales
- Serve needs of medical practice accounts and solve issues
- Manage territory T&E and customer related expenses
- Travel 25% with occasional evening or weekend event

in.Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 2+ years of experience in medical device, B2B or specialty
pharmacy sales
- Proficient use of Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Proven track record of sales success
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this
role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster
doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth

well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of

Qualifications: -
- Master's MBA or professional health care degree
- Oncology/or specialty pharmacy sales experience therapy sales
experience
- Experience working with cancer centers/oncology
offices/hospitals
- Located within the Northern part of Florida, South or Central
Georgia, or Charleston, South CarolinaIf the hired individual
resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position
requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the
State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face
contact with members OR employees who will have access to
confidential patient data and will require renewal every five
