As the social media manager, you will oversee VyStar Credit Union's online interactions with employees, members, and other stakeholders. You will be an integral part of helping VyStar become the Southeast's most innovative credit union on social media where you will help members find approachable, trusted, and engaging content to drive brand awareness and growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President Social Marketing you will focus on developing, implementing, and managing social media campaigns and strategy across all touchpoints. As a social ambassador, you will be intricately involved in managing and overseeing social media content, metrics, and reporting. You will leverage the latest social media best practices and technologies to innovate social media channels at VyStar Credit Union. Your leading-edge knowledge and competency about social media will help influence change across the organization.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Manage social media response processes procedures and social care team members to ensure best-in-class member satisfaction
  • Ensure social media policies and procedures are aligned with financial rules and regulations that govern the credit union
  • Own social media content creation and calendar and Manage user-generated content strategy to include contesting
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Monitor social media keywords trends, and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Develop and manage social media KPIs, monthly reporting and data for senior management presentations
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Agency teams on social content to drive growth of branded social media platforms
  • Participate in on site activation events as neededJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
    • 7+ Years Experience in Marketing Role inclusive of
      • 5+ years supporting social marketing programs including social care/response , organic content and engagement and paid social promotion across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and Google+
      • 3+ years experience managing social media content and engagement, measurement and listening through automation tools such as Sprinklr, HubSpot, Chatmeter.
      • 3+ years experience providing customer support through social platforms
      • Extensive knowledge of social media marketing automation tools such as Sprinklr, HubSpot, Chatmeter to manage social media content and engagement, measurement and listening.
      • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; comfortable with analyzing data and reporting on insights
      • Deep understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics, social media KPIs and how they drive growth
      • Excellent writer with proven ability to manage customer service issues
      • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
      • Provide constructive feedback to agency partners and internal stakeholders
      • Strong photography and video skills are a plus
      • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
      • An elevated level of interpersonal skills and social sensitivity are required. The candidate works with employees on all levels of the organization. The candidate is a resource to the organization and must be an effective listener and communicator. The candidate must set the example in attitude, behavior, and work ethic.

      • Extensive knowledge of social media marketing automation tools such as Sprinklr, HubSpot, Chatmeter to manage social media content and engagement, measurement and listening.
      • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
      • Ability to use project management tools like Smartsheet, SharePoint and Microsoft teams
