choice. - Position Summary:The Manager, Product Management, is a
hands-on role to build and execute a product management strategy
and roadmap tailored to the needs of our customer segments. - In
this role, you will start by immersing yourself with our current
customer funnel to determine technical needs, evaluate market
available product solutions, and build the roadmap and go-to-market
plans to launch new products. As a key member of the Sales and
Marketing Team, you will work with leaders across operations,
engineering, and marketing to drive our product strategy and
execution to align with our brand. - This position is located in
Jacksonville, FL. - Local candidates, please.Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an overall
product strategy to capture market share, grow revenues and
generate profitable business within all assigned channels and
across all product categories.Work cross functionally to determine
how products will be supported and maintained once launched. Work
closely with the sales teams to identify customer needs and develop
appropriate solutions for those needsPresent solutions with
technical skill but with the ability to explain solutions to
non-technical prospects and teammates.Seek out vendors who can
deliver solutions on time and on budget to solve customer
needs.Analyze costs and evaluate opportunities with the lens to
maximize revenue and optimize expense. Validate attractiveness of
economics.Monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions
to identify opportunities, issues, and risks. Drive market growth
through product portfolio and partnership expansion with full
accountability to deliver consumer revenue.Creates an environment
that stimulates an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly motivated
organization focused on continuous improvement to support sales and
strategy.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS required2+ years' experience
with product management, preferably in telecommunications.Ability
to present technical solutions to a non-technical audience.Ability
to think strategically and execute tactically while delivering
results in a high-change, fast-paced work environment.Ability to
collaborate and partner with various teams across organization to
drive initiatives and results.Must have excellent interpersonal,
oral, written, communication and presentation skills.Proven ability
to deliver expected performance results and ability to drive to the
next level.Ability to effectively negotiate agreements across
business, legal, and engineering dimensions.Demonstrated ability to
establish and maintain effective, collaborative working
relationships with executives, department heads, mid- and
lower-level management, vendors, and other stakeholders.Other
