Job Description:
Job Summary: Executive VP of Operations
The Executive VP of Operations will oversee the day-to-day
activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is
managed and performing efficiently, effectively and making the best
use of available company resources. Reports to: COO and
President
Supervisory Responsibilities:
-Participates in the hiring and training of property departmental
managers.
-Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of property
departmental managers.
-Conducts performance evaluations on property General Managers that
are timely and constructive.
-Inspects hotel properties quarterly to insure standards are met
and reviews the timely corrections to any deficiencies found in the
inspection on a weekly basis.
-Ensures that all properties are meeting the high quality standards
of Vista Hospitality Management and those of the Brand.
-Handles hiring, discipline and termination of General Managers as
needed and in accordance with company policy.
