About the Company:

A Real Estate Developer and General Contractor that builds large garden style apartment complexes from site to close throughout the Southeast. Specializing in garden style, wood framed, multifamily apartment projects with surface parking; however, some are concrete, steel, and wood structures that include parking garages. Other project types include: podiums, wraps, garden style, midrise, high rise, and more.

About the Position:

Hiring for a Project Manager, responsible to lead the multifamily project team daily from site to close. Oversee the project team: management, project schedule, buy-out, cost, contracts, etc., and directing the project to be high quality, on time, and within budget from start to close out.

Requirements:

5+ years of prior Project Management experience for a GC or Developer that specializes in multifamily apartment construction.

Several successfully completed apartment projects as the lead PM.

Strong technical skills and specific multifamily project knowledge and success.
